There's a country race meeting during the 50 days of the Spring Racing Carnival that will suit you, with 71 meetings scheduled including more than 20 country cups.

The Melbourne Cup Carnival is a fully ticketed event for all four days, so tickets must be purchased before you get to Flemington. If you book a marquee, restaurant, the Banks Enclosure or a reserved grandstand seat, your racecourse admission is already included in your package. If you’re heading for a general admission area of the racecourse, you must pre-purchase your entrance ticket through Ticketmaster on 136 100 or www.ticketmaster.com.au from 1 August. Tickets will also be available from selected Connex stations from 1 October.
